What are your goals for the season?
A highlight for me will be the race in Frankfurt on 1 May, and that is also the first big goal of the season.
What does cycling mean to you?
It gives me a certain kind of freedom. The will to succeed and the fun drive me.
Where do you see yourself in five years?
Hopefully in a World Tour team.
What is a great moment for you?
Riding in the jersey of the German national team.
